Plaster Hand

Creating a plaster hand was an exciting experience because I became an artist.  The process of this activity was simple with few materials used.  Dig a whole, put your hand inside, cover your hand with sand, remove hand, add plaster mix, and wait 30 minutes.  Although it was a simple task to complete there was still a possibility of messing up, if the water came inside the plaster or if the plaster was not well mixed.  A mistake I made was not thoroughly mix the plaster with the water, this created lumbs in the plaster mix and caused the hand to come out with lumps on the fingers.  If I did this activity again I would make sure the plaster is well mixed with no lumps inside it.
